Delivery

When will it be delivered? How long does delivery take?

Up to 5~7 business days. We work as hard as we can to try to meet all delivery estimates, but sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of parcel delays, logistics, bad weather, or things out of our control.
If you have not received your order in the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will look into this for you.

I want to know the delivery status.

Do you ship to my country?

How do I change the delivery address?

It is not possible to change the delivery address after the goods preparation (payment completed) stage; please contact us through Email (hello@rataplan.co.kr).

Cancelation / Refund

I want to cancel the goods I ordered.

Click the [Order Details > Order Cancellation] button on my page.
For goods that have already been shipped, and if it is difficult to cancel the order.

However, if there is a problem with the delivered product, please send an Email (hello@rataplan.co.kr) with your order number to deal with it.

When will I get a refund?

In case of account refund and credit card payment, it may take 1 to 7 business days of the credit card company.

Membership information

How do I withdraw membership?

Membership withdrawal can be requested through a PC and after logging in; click My page > Edit Member Information > [Withdraw Membership] to withdraw membership.

When withdrawing membership, the points and coupons you have accumulated will be automatically extinguished, and you will not be able to view all transactions, written contents, and event participation details after withdrawal.

The ID I found is strange!

If the ID queried by Find ID is in the form of the example above, it is an account subscribed to via Facebook/

The English alphabet after @ is the first initial of the channel you signed up for. Please check the correct channel for Alphabet and log in again.

Order / Payment

Will I be responsible for import duties, taxes or fees?

- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Please note that import taxes, duties and customs fees are totally the buyer's responsibility.

- Please be aware that any customs clearance related charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the customers, even with the free shipping promotion orders.

- Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they do in fact apply duties and or taxes to your imports. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

- Please note that the value of free gifts is marked as its original cost, for example as $15 USD, not as free or “0”, on the commercial invoice, therefore, they may be subject to duties or any kinds of customs clearance related charges.
